Reward Terms Without the Fog
A plain-language guide to points, cosmetics, event items, expiry and the difference between promotion and entitlement.
Editorial note: This independent guide explains game concepts and public guidance. It is not a live offer, financial advice or a promise of results.
01
Name the reward type
Points, access passes, cosmetic items, discounts and prizes are different things. Each needs a precise label. Virtual points should not be described as cash, savings or property when they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed that way.
02
Put restrictions beside the offer
Age, region, inventory, expiry and verification can materially change an offer. Important limits belong near the call to action, with the complete official rules available before a player commits time or money.
03
Keep a result record
For a qualifying event, retain the confirmation and round receipt until the reward is delivered or the claim period ends. A support path should explain what evidence is needed when a result is disputed.
